Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

Note: Any item that shows signs of use, damage, or is missing its original packaging or accessories may not be eligible for a return or may incur a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item's value.

 



How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at autobrixshop@gmail.com with your order details. Returns must not be sent back without prior authorization, as they will not be processed.

Upon approval, we’ll provide:

  1. A return shipping label (if applicable).
  2. Detailed instructions on how and where to send the package.
  3. The return address for your order.

Important: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

 



Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at autobrixshop@gmail.com with photos and a detailed description of the issue.

We reserve the right to refuse claims made after 48 hours.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
  • Items sold at a discount or on clearance.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item once approved and place a new order for the desired product.

 



European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union:
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.

To qualify, your item must meet the return conditions outlined above: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Shipping costs for returns under the EU cooling-off period are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was faulty or incorrect upon arrival.

 



Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved or denied. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at autobrixshop@gmail.com.
