These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed through our online shop AutoBrix (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these T&Cs.

2. Contractual Partner and Conclusion of Contract

  • The purchase contract is concluded with AutoBrix.
  • The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
  • By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you submit a binding offer to purchase. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order via email.

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are final prices and include applicable VAT (if required by law). Shipping costs are displayed separately during the order process.
  • We accept the following payment methods:

    • Other payment methods as specified at checkout.

4. Delivery and Shipping

  • We ship worldwide unless stated otherwise.
  • Delivery times are typically 5-15 business days, depending on your location.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen events.

5. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Please refer to our Return Policy, which forms part of these T&Cs. Customers within the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days, as outlined in our return policy.

7. Warranty and Liability

  • Warranty is provided in accordance with statutory provisions.
  • We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use of our products.
  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods unless the damage is caused by gross negligence or intent.

9. Dispute Resolution

10. Final Provisions

  • These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
  • If any provision of these T&Cs is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
